Delivery times

 

Most items in our range are made to order. Handling time can normally  be up to 14 -28 days for castings and up to 12 weeks for painted sets plus delivery times for the UK are normally 5 working days. Worldwide deliveries vary depending on your country, please contact us for specific details. We will notify you if there is a delay to fulfilling your order within these specified times.

Postage and shipping costs.

 

All shipping costs are stated at the checkout before you commit to purchasing. Cost includes or packing. Courier services, and additional insurance cover can be requested by the customer.Customs duties/tax - Please note for international customers there may be customs/import duties to pay depending on the value of the goods, these are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure please check your local customs office, most have online information about import duties and or taxes. 

 

Returns policy

 

We want you to be totally happy with you purchase, if not you can return it to ourselves for a refund or exchange. A customer may return any item within 30 working days of receipt, for a full refund less shipping. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
